Hedge Funds Care Gives $40,000 for Family Unity

Hedge Funds Care renewed their commitment to The Guidance Center with a  $40,000 grant. This show of support will allow The Guidance Center  to continue our Family Unity Project, a program designed to prevent the reoccurrence of child abuse or neglect.  Family Unity Project offers parenting classes, clinical services and meetings to coordinate services and ensure the safety of the children. Over 100 clients were served by the Family Unity Project in 2007, primarily Latino families in the communities of New Rochelle, Mamaroneck and Port Chester.

Hedge Funds Care (HFC), established in 1998, is an alliance of hedge fund industry professionals committed to protecting children from abuse and neglect.
