Creative Learning Center in New Rochelle is open year-round, providing children and families with high-quality childcare and preschool education opportunities. Our licensed, certified staff help ensure that children develop a strong social-emotional foundation so that they ready for kindergarten.
- Extended hours available: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Bilingual (English/Spanish staff)
- Speech, occupational, and physical therapy onsite

Preschool/Childcare for children 3-4 years old. Minimum of 5 hours per day. 1:7 teacher-to-child ratio.
Toddler Class for children 18-36 months is available Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. 1:5 teacher-to-child ratio.
Universal Pre-K (UPK) in conjunction with the City School District of New Rochelle. Students must be registered through the City School District of New Rochelle. Half-day (morning or afternoon) program paid by the school district, with the option to extend to full day for a nominal fee.
Parent College (one night per month) is open to all parents and caregivers who have a child enrolled in the Creative Learning Center. Each month, Parent College explores a new topic related to parenting skills and child development. Time is allotted for parents to network and build relationships with each other.
Summer Program keeps children’s minds and bodies busy and engaged throughout the summer. Perfect for children who are entering or leaving kindergarten (4-6 years old). See the flyer here.
Family Days are for children who have developmental delays or who are on the autism spectrum. These free two-hour sessions take place two Sundays a month. We also offer a parent support group. Learn more about these free programs here. . Email us.
