Our housing with case management programs provide rent subsidies and other support services to help people who have mental illness or substance use disorders transition from homelessness to housing. Units are located throughout Westchester County. Qualifying adults and their children can take part in our programs. With our support, participants:

  • achieve and maintain a stable living environment
  • form the foundation for self-sufficiency
  • attain personal goals for work, education, relationships, and community integration.

We have more than 12 different housing programs for which individuals may qualify. Email us for requirements.

Our housing programs are funded through: Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health (DCMH); New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS); Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA), New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), Westchester County Department of Social Services (DSS), City of Mount Vernon, US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
