Our housing services offers housing, case management, and other supportive services to participants who are chronically homeless, precariously house, transitioning from long-term psychiatric inpatient stays, or in need of housing retention and outreach services. Units are located throughout Westchester County. Qualifying adults and their children can take part in our programs.
With our support, participants develop individualized service plans to:
- achieve and maintain a stable living environment
- form the foundation for self-sufficiency
- attain personal goals for work, education, relationships, and community integration.
