Supported housing offers case management, housing retention, and other support services to qualifying adults and families with histories of homelessness and mental illness or substance use disorders, or who are transitioning from long-term psychiatric inpatient stays.

We locate permanent housing for participants throughout Westchester County and make rent subsidies available through various government funded programs administered by: Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health (DCMH); New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS); Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA), New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), Westchester County Department of Social Services (DSS), City of Mount Vernon, US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)..
