[these are our friends]

We’re so happy to share that two of our TGCW friends are performing live August 13-22 via the Bridge Production Group summer residency at the Brooklyn Navy Yards. The Bridge Production Group is one of the first to return to live performances.

[title of show] — yes, that’s the actual name! — features Max Hunter, whose family are long-time supporters of TGCW, as the artistic director. In addition, he’s also performing in the show along side Keri René Fuller. You may have caught Keri’s breathtaking performances during our 2021 virtual Gala (if not, you can check them out here) or you may know her from her roles in Jagged Little Pill, Waitress, Cats, and more.

TGCW is proud to support their work, and we hope you will too. If you’ve never been to the Brooklyn Navy Yards, you’re in for a real treat in this unique venue.

Information and link to purchase tickets are below and taken from The Bridge Production Group:

The Bridge residency at the Brooklyn Navy Yards will consist of three different productions to be performed on varying nights over an 11-day period:

▪️ the musical [title of show] that’s it’s real name 😊, if you’re unfamiliar with this playful, intelligent, award-winning musical comedy which originally ran off-Broadway at The Vineyard Theatre and then went on to enjoy a Broadway run (earning Obie awards and Tony nominations along the way)

8 performances: Friday to Monday, August 13-16; and Thursday-Saturday, August 19-21; all at 8:00pm
