Loss, change, and appreciation

Jonathan Morgenstern, LCSW shares brief thoughts on 2022 and reflections on 2021. Mr. Morgenstern is the clinical director for Integrated Services at The Guidance Center of Westcheter.

As the new year new begins, it may be worthwhile to pause and consider what we’ve been through and where we’d like our path to lead.

While acknowledging losses and unanticipated changes may we appreciate the adaptability and creativity we’ve exercised in shifting so that we continue living meaningful lives and supporting others.

Let us continue to consider what we value and attach to, as well as changes that enhance our lives with joy.
